The Lead Forensics product is a B2B sales and marketing enhancement tool. It is SaaS and provides businesses with insight relating to their website visitors. Lead Forensics works on the basis of reverse business IP tracking. A small tracking code is placed on the KioWare website which then enables KioWare to identify the business IP addresses of their website visitors. Lead Forensics matches the identified business IP address to a wholly owned global database of businesses and business information. Lead Forensics does not identify any personal IP addresses, mobile devices or any other data than that associated with the business.

Zopim (now Zendesk, a provider of online chat services) provides an online chat solution for users to contact KioWare support and sales team members with product related questions for technical support or sales. When a user contacts KioWare through the Zopim chat widget, users are entering information into Zopim"s platform. If emails are entered through this widget, KioWare will send follow up emails or (or, when necessary, phone calls) to answer questions and/or continue the conversation as needed. Emails received through Zopim will not be added to any mailing list without direct customer permissions.

Cleverbridge is a provider of global commerce, billing and payment solutions. Cleverbridge provides flexible commerce solutions for monetizing digital goods, online services and SaaS. When checking out from the KioWare website, customers are taken to a payment page operated by cleverbridge. Credit Card information provided by the customer is used by cleverbridge, which handles credit card transactions on behalf of KioWare. KioWare does not have access to customer credit card information at any time. Credit card numbers are confidential between the customer and cleverbridge.
