KioCall features real-time interactive video support directly to your kiosk. Kiosk users can initiate and receive video calls to pre-configured users, kiosks, and groups of users with just one click.
Screen Sharing
Just like other video conferencing tools, users can share their screen during the call so that participants can quickly give or receive assistance and gain a deeper understanding of the situation. Remote access is not included.
Queue Calling
When an end-user initiates a call, KioCall can automatically place them in a queue (on hold) for efficiency where they will then be directed to an available staff member.
